Teachers are accountable for part of the students’ learning experience. The teacher demonstrate self-renewal through participation in work-shops, self-develop opportunities and career mobility to make  make changes in  teaching practicing and performances. Teacher is seen in a leadership role in his community. The teacher collaborates with colleagues, professional educators, family and members of the community to seek support and feedback  to provide learners with the  opportunity to grow and succeed.

This standard is important because teaching is an ongoing learning-developmental process. A teacher that never stops wanting to learn and develop, is not  only a school’s best asset but a community ‘s.

Teachers demonstrate a positive image in his school and local community. Teacher becomes self-aware and accepts constructive criticism in his/her teaching development.

Artifact#1-Teacher meets with guidance counselors, coaches, and parents to meet  the learner needs. Teacher schedule a meeting with coach and parent to

discuss reasons why learner  is not successful in his/er classroom.

Artifact#2- Teacher participate/in charge of preparing  the school’s homecoming event or pep rallies for school spirit.

Artifact#3- Teacher attends church regularly and is involved in his community to show leadership and positive recognition.
