Teacher uses summative and formative assessment for planning for instruction and made modifications when necessary.

Artifact#1-Teachers uses  activities, quizzes and test to assess or planning for instruction. Teacher gives out a morning focus activity at the beginning of school period.

Artifact#2-Teacher put learners in groups and each learner gives positive and negative feedback on writing assignments ( ex. rough drafts papers ) or presentations.                                                  

Artifact#3-Teacher collecting data and make modifications. Teacher has test review prior to test day and give study guides.
