This standard is important because the Assessment Standards, is used to plan for instruction, and make modifications when necessary to meet learner differences.
Teacher uses summative and formative assessment for planning for instruction and made modifications when necessary.
Artifact#1-Teachers uses activities, quizzes and test to assess or planning for instruction. Teacher gives out a morning focus activity at the beginning of school period.
Artifact#2-Teacher put learners in groups and each learner gives positive and negative feedback on writing assignments ( ex. rough drafts papers ) or presentations.
Artifact#3-Teacher collecting data and make modifications. Teacher has test review prior to test day and give study guides.
